Our motel is located within a half mile of the pier which is a popular spot for abalone diving, surfers, snorkling, crabbing, fishing (no fishing license required to fish off the pier) and large events such as the spectacular 4th of July fireworks show each year. There is a Pizza Parlor, gift shop,coffee shop, and a new upscale restaurant The Chowder House open at the pier. In addition to the many restaurants, boutiques and shops located in downtown Point Arena just steps away from us here at the Sea Shell Inn.
